On July 17th, 2019, two complete plant projectssupplied by HLT & DLT, of which one to AMY Group in Vietnam and the otherto Mulia Keramik in Indonesia, were both started up for trial production on thesame day.
Punctually at 8:15 in the morning, the Kiln Ignition Ceremonyfor Project Phase IV began in the factory of AMY Group. The first spark of flamewas lit up by a respectable Buddhist monk and the procedures were carried outin a religious course according to the local tradition. The start-up marks afurther jump of AMY’s production capacity in the ceramicproduction as well as a great enhancement of their market competitiveness inthe tile industry.
As one of LT’s long term cooperation partners in SoutheastAsia, AMY has purchased two complete lines from HLT & DLT previously,trusting on the latter in terms of the quality of machinery and the quality ofservice as well. The new line includes two glaze ball mills with control systemand two YP2809T hydraulic tile presses from HLT, in addition to aself-circulation type five layer dryer and an energy-saving Alpha Blue exteriordecoration series roller kiln from DLT, capable for the manufacture of100*400mm, 250*400mm, 300*600mm, 300*300mm, 400*400mm, 500*500mm and 600*600mmsizes of single firing wall/floor tiles.
In the afternoon of the same day, a kiln light-up ceremony forthe newly installed complete plant project supplied by HLT & DLT to MuliaKeramik, the sixth largest tile manufacturer in the world and No. 1 in terms oftile production capacity in Indonesia, was held in the factory of MuliaKeramik. Chairman and other board members of Mulia Keramik hosted the event,accompanied by its production team and staff representatives, and witnessed bythe local media, sales and technicians of HLT & DLT.
The new line in Mulia Ceramikincludes six YP4209TL hydraulic tile presses and a whole unit of innovated rawmaterial conveying system supplied by HLT, and a DHD-EM2 double-layer dryer, aDFC energy-saving Galaxy series roller kiln, all the glazing lines and someother affiliated equipment from DLT. The production line is able to produceglazed floor tiles with the sizes of 400×400mm, 500×500mm and 600×600mm, andalso able to produce polished porcelain tiles with the sizes of 600×600mm and 800×800mmin an total output of 45000 m2 per day. The new kiln in MuliaCeramik is up to now the longest and biggest (as in production capacity) rollerkiln running in Southeast Aisa. The production line is also the longestautomized, intelligent and digitalized energy-saving tile production line outof China.
